ACCESS TO LE HAMEAU / Center with swimming pool and tennis + hiking trails
In summer (June to September), residents have access to the tennis court and a large swimming pool, notably in the hamlet of Terrasses Cap-à-l'aigle.

Concept

The villa follows the contours of a branch that fell from a tree in the surrounding forest and follows the geography of the ground on which it landed. Its wooden structure and covering make it blend delicately into its landscape.

The architecture of La Branche oscillates between interior and exterior, facilitating continuous contact with the surrounding nature. To visitors, Villa La Branche offers the best of Charlevoix, splendid views of the forest nearby and of the St. Lawrence River, ideal for disconnecting and resting.
