Opened to the landscape, it offers visitors a variety of views on the natural beauty of the site. Its open plan and strategically positioned fenestration makes it possible to follow the course of the sun, from sunrise to its majestic sunset.

The villa offers 4 rooms that will please the visitors with different atmospheres and arrangements. The rooms take advantage of the soft rays of the morning, a contemplative view of the majestic horizon or the tranquility of the forest to the west.

It is a villa that stands out for its bioclimatic approach and its design dictated by the principles of "passive house". Its main objectives are to reduce energy consumption as much as possible and to ensure optimum climatic comfort for its visitors. Perfectly oriented to the south, with maximum insulation, enjoying natural ventilation and provided with a radiant floor on the ground floor, the villa demonstrates a remarkable concern for sustainable development. The percentage of triple glazed windows was calculated based on the performance ratio of the walls and cantilevered overhangs to eliminate any internal overheating in summer.
