With its large deck open to the River and its majestic metal roof, the Grand Bercail lines are timeless. Positioned to take advantage of solar gains in winter and maximize views in all seasons, it uses its large roof to reduce overheating during the warmer days. Its position among the trees and its palette inspired by boreal tones gives the impression that it has always existed. Designed to accommodate big families, the space was created around a festive heart forming a double height open to the living room and landscape. At the back, the kitchen offers an overview including usual amenities. The living room has a warm clay brick wall and offers comfort and breathtaking views of the St-Lawrence River.

The 4 rooms are located in two separate wings near the entrance. The mezzanine has been imagined as an additional hideout for fun. It provides access to a hidden office-bedroom in the attic that allows you to withdraw from time. In the center of the gable wall, an impressive eight-foot diameter oculus filters the cold light of the river and bathes a large part of the interiors. Accessible from a closed staircase near the entrance, the garden level offers a paradise for the youngest with its bunkbeds and its play area open to the woods.
