There are 2 bedrooms, each with 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed, and a large bathroom with bath and shower. In the middle is a large game room with a hardwood floor, pool and ping pong tables and a large television.

GROUND FLOOR

The central open area includes the kitchen, dining room and living room, with a heated concrete floor and a beautiful stone fireplace. Outside facing the view is a large terrace, accessible through sliding doors, where there is a barbecue and outdoor dining and lounge areas.

Also on the ground floor are 2 bedrooms (each with king-size beds) with private bathrooms and showers.

LE HAMEAU ACCESS / Center with swimming pool and tennis court + hiking trails
In summer, during the months of June, July, August and September, residents have access to the Terrasses Cap-à-l'Aigle’s hamlet where there is a tennis court and a large swimming pool with lounge areas (included in high season prices – reservation required for tennis and lounge areas).

Throughout the year, residents have access to more than 5 km of hiking trails located on the site of the Terrasses Cap-à-l'Aigle, which are accessible directly from Villa Les Flots.

Concept

Designed by Florent Moser, Villa Les Flots draws upon the area's local architecture. Its sun-aged silver wood exterior blends perfectly into the coastal landscape of Cap-à-l'Aigle and the surrounding forest and trails. The villa has been conceived to host two families, and can accommodate groups of up to ten people. The two-story villa offers a breathtaking view of the tides of the St. Lawrence River.
